This week this really has been obvious with the installation of our 50 inch interactive touch screen at the Urmston office.

The touch screen is ‘live’ 24 hours a day and gives the public the opportunity to browse properties, register their details as a potential buyer/tenant, book viewings and valuations. The high resolution screen boasts all photos and 3D floorplans for the properties that are on the market.

Recent research has show that a large number of clients look at properties in the office window of an agency but are reluctant to go inside for more information. This is where the interactive touch screen comes into its own.

Together with the text alerts, Twitter/Facebook updates and numerous websites the touch screen gives clients selling or letting their property maximum exposure.
